Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for my time and other clients:
* A minimum of 25 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
* Clients are allowed to reschedule one time only using the same deposit, as long as the change is made outside of the 25-hour window. After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book again.
* If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
* If you cancel or reschedule within less than 25 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file, and your deposit will also be lost.
* No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
